The hotel location was excellent and the quality of the staff - in particular the ever-helpful and professional reception staff - was outstanding. The choice at breakfast and the willingness of staff to assist guests was particularly impressive. We had dinner in the hotel on a couple of occasions and the food was of good quality and well-served.

Location, location , location . I can’t say enough wonderful things about this hotel. From the hotel location and it being walkable to all the shopping, restaurants,close to the trains and even just a 14 min walk to the duomo Di Milano famous church. The price is a little high however well worth when you can just walk everywhere. The staff at the front desk were super nice and so welcoming. We were greeted as soon as we entered and didn’t have to even lift a finger with our luggage!! Room was also super clean and so nice very high class.I enjoyed my stay and would return again.

Shopping is extremely convenient, with all the luxury boutiques just a few steps away. The breakfast is delicious, delicate, and healthy—I really enjoy it. The hotel looks even better and more exquisite than in the photos. I love the room and bathroom space, especially the bathtub. The quality of the toiletries is excellent, with a very pleasant scent and they are very effective. The hotel staff are all very friendly and willing to help. Although the restaurant at this hotel has limited seating, I highly recommend dining here. The food is much better than nearby top-tier five-star hotels. The chef's skill is unforgettable. It's truly warm and delicious Italian cuisine. Next time I'm in Milan, I'll definitely stay at this hotel again.

Second time we stayed at the hotel and it was a pleasure to see that it has maintained its great standard. Centrally located, excellent service by the hotel staff, classy rooms and common areas. The room very comfortable and quite albeit somewhat on the "compact" side. The bed very comfortable and the bathroom properly sized (although I would have preferred a shower over a bathtub with shower fitted).

I relied on previous reviews when choosing this hotel, but this hotel is really commendable, the staff at the hotel deserve a full 10 points, they were extremely professional and even took care of every little detail as we left.

I ordered a single room for the first time in my life. The room was pleasant, but so small. I could not put up the stand to open my suitcase.

Just a few steps around the corner and you are at the center of the most fashionable, elegant streets in Milan. Hotel is very comfortable, boutique, beautifully decorated in a traditional style, with careful attention to detail. Few steps from the reception to your hotel room, everything so convenient. Early check-in availability made our day! Best of all is the wonderful staff at the reception, everyone so friendly&smiling, helpful. Even though they were on duty while everyone was having their holiday break at New Year’s. No need to look for anywhere else, wonderful value for money

We are returning clients and every time we stay in Hotel Manzoni, we only want to give high marks. Especially we would like to underline the professionalism and kindness of people who welcomed us on the 26th of August 2024 — during our stay for my wife’s birthday. They made our arrival and stay unforgettable — we are extremely grateful and will not miss any occasion to come again or advise anybody to stay in Hotel Manzoni.

its simply the best hotel in Milan. You feel like at home and your dreams about a perfect holidays become true. Hotel has all facilities like a little patio with great service (in the center of Milan), fitness, steam, great restaurant and its quiet and beautiful. The decorations of the room are wonderfully done with all natural materials and bed is very comfortable (unique for italian hotels) Thank you very much to staff for great hospitality!
